This is our new look Pain au Swiss.   Sweet, dark chocolate and creme patissiere in golden crunchy croissant pastry.  Tastes divine.

Ingredients:

Flour (wheat), butter (milk), milk, sugar, dried yeast, egg, sea salt, bars of Valrhona chocolate
