Our Mince Pies are made from scratch, in house from fresh organic fruit nuts and peels from Calabria, and of course...brandy!!
Filling: Apples, Raisins, Brown sugar, Orange zest and juice, Lemon zest and juice, Currents, Mixed candied peel, Whole almonds, Vegetarian suet (vegetable oil, rice flour), Brandy, Spices.
Pastry: Flour (wheat), butter (milk), sugar, eggs.
We produce all kinds of food from scratch in The Sussex Kitchen, and as a result, we use all ingredients imaginable. Although great care is taken, we would be unable to guarantee any product we produce or supply is allergen-free.
