The traditional Bonfire Night Parkin has been upgraded by us to our Pecan Parkin Pie! Pecan Halves set with an orange caramel over a moist, dark, gingery and spiced parkin. 

Eat as you would a cake, or warm and serve with cream, clotted cream or vanilla ice cream for a truly indulgent desert.
