Try in pasta! Tagliatelle or pappardelle pasta. Fry the mushrooms hard until you get some colour. Dice and sweat down an onion gently in some butter or olive oil till they go transparent. while thats cooking squash half a clove of garlic into a board till it is basically liquid, and then very finely chop a bunch of parsley on top and put it in a small bowl with enough olive oil to be a bit runny, and reserve. Add a splash of white wine to the cooking onions till the alcohol smell is gone. Add the mushrooms, and a dash of cream and toss into the cooked pasta, serve with the parsley and garlic mix, plenty of coarsely grated parmesan, and black pepper. Enjoy.
